Printed and mailed USPS First-Class. Untracked, typically 3 to 5 business days.
USPS Certified Mail with a tracking number and signature on delivery. Bundle it with the letter at checkout and save 5%.
Everything in Certified Mail, plus the physical signed return receipt (PS Form 3811) mailed back to you.

The guarantee covers the letter: the writing, the citations, the tone. It does not cover the outcome of your dispute, which depends on the recipient.

When do I pay?
After you have read the whole draft. The preview shows the complete letter, watermarked, with no account and no card. You pay once, only if you want the clean PDF and Word file.
What if the letter misses the mark?
Request a free redraft from your account dashboard within 14 days of delivery. We respond within 24 hours and deliver the new version, typically within 24 to 48 hours. If you believe a refund is warranted instead, email support@fightthis.ai and we review it individually.
How does mailing work?
After you unlock, choose a mail tier and we print the letter, verify the recipient address with USPS, and mail it through our mail provider. Certified tiers email you the tracking number as soon as USPS scans it. If we have not yet handed the letter to USPS, the mail charge is fully refundable.
What is the bundle?
Letter + Certified Mail bought in one checkout, at 5% off the two list prices. First-Class and Certified + Return Receipt are added after you unlock, at their list price.
